目的 :探讨呼吸机相关性肺炎 (VAP)的临床特点 ,为防治VAP提供科学依据。方法 :对 62例VAP的临床特点、病原体的构成、药敏资料等进行回顾性分析。结果 :本组VAP的发生率为 3 5 8%,VAP的发生与年龄、基础疾病、机械通气时间、体位、医疗操作、使用H2 受体阻滞剂或制酸剂等有关 ;VAP的平均发病时间为 7 6天 ;其主要病原体为铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌 ,药敏示多重耐药。结论 :VAP的死亡率高 ,应予重视
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of VAP. Methods: The clinical features of 62 VAPs, the composition of pathogens, drug susceptibility data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The incidence of VAP in this group was 35.8%. The incidence of VAP was related to age, underlying disease, duration of mechanical ventilation, body position, medical operation, use of H2 receptor blocker or antacid. The average incidence of VAP Time is 7 6 days; its main pathogens are Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter, Escherichia coli, drug-sensitive multi-drug resistance. Conclusion: The mortality of VAP is high and should be paid attention to
