设计了一种简单的ICP光电直读光谱仪.以ICP作光源,用光电倍增管将光信号转换为电讯号,采用三级高输入阻抗直流放大器放大信号,对影响分析谱线强度和背景强度的工作参数进行了合理优化.对人发中Zn元素的测定结果与摄谱法吻合.
