幼儿园双语教学是当前国内学前教育领域的热门话题之一,双语幼儿园教育师资整体水平不高,师资问题已成为制约幼儿园双语教育发展的瓶颈。对双语幼儿园双语教师进行“幼儿教师英语化,英语教师幼儿化”培养,是实现本土幼儿园双语教师“双”能力相互转化的有效途径。
Bilingual teaching in kindergarten is one of the hot topics in the field of pre-school education at present. The overall level of teachers in bilingual kindergartens is not high. The problem of teachers has become the bottleneck restricting the development of bilingual education in kindergarten. It is an effective way to realize bilingual teachers’ bilingual ability in bilingual kindergarten through “cultivating English of kindergarten teachers and English preschool teachers”.
