水土保持是国民经济可持续发展的重要因素。近年来,洪涝不断,旱灾无常,都与水土流失相关。因此,加强水土保持工作是一项“功在当代、利在千秋”的利民工程。
Soil and water conservation is an important factor in the sustainable development of the national economy. In recent years, constant floods and drought have been associated with soil erosion. Therefore, strengthening soil and water conservation work is a “project of benefiting the people in the contemporary era and in the future”.
