1试验材料和方法1.1试验材料供试材料为阜阳市农科院自育小麦品种阜麦8号,4个种子批,除水分外其余指标均达国标(GB4404.1-2008)。重点对入库水分14.7%的种子批进行发芽势变化趋势的测定,同时又对水分含量为14.4%、14.5%、14.6%的种子的发芽势进行检测,以确保检验结果的可靠性。
1 Test Materials and Methods 1.1 Test Materials The test materials for Fuyang City Academy of Agricultural Sciences self-bred wheat variety Fumai 8, 4 seed batches, except for water, the rest of the indicators reached the national standard (GB4404.1-2008). The determination of the tendency of the germination potential of 14.7% of the seed batches entering into the storehouse was carried out. At the same time, the germination potential of the seeds with the moisture content of 14.4%, 14.5% and 14.6% was tested to ensure the reliability of the test results.
