为了对冰草的亲缘关系进行判定,试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对17个冰草品种进行酯酶(EST)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)3种同工酶分析。结果表明:3种同工酶的聚类分析将17个冰草品种分为3类:第1类为蒙农杂种、蒙农1号、蒙古-1、扁穗冰草;第2类为保加利亚沙生和俄罗斯沙生冰草;第3类为蒙古-2、沙生、蒙古-3、冰草3-2小区、高山、绒毛、光穗、中间、细茎、大庆齐家扁穗、山西偏关县冰草。说明保加利亚沙生和俄罗斯沙生、沙生、蒙古-3和冰草3-2小区这2组冰草的相似性系数最大,亲缘关系最近。
In order to determine the genetic relationship of Agropyron chinense, ESTs, peroxidases (PODs) and catalases (CATs) of 17 alfalfa cultivars were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis Enzymatic analysis. The results showed that the cluster analysis of three isozymes grouped 17 Icegrass cultivars into three categories: the first was Monong hybrid, Mengnong 1, Mongolia-1, Saxon and Russia sandy desert grass; the third category of Mongolian -2, Sarsheng, Mongolia-3, grass 3-2 district, mountains, villi, light ear, the middle and thin stems, Daqing Qi Jiabai spike, Shanxi Piao County ice grass. The results showed that the similarity coefficient between Bulgarsa sandy and Russia’s Saxon, Sarsin, Mongolian-3 and Icelandic 3-2 plot was the highest, and the closest genetic relationship was found.
