目的了解无锡地区H3N2流感病毒血凝素基因变异情况和人群中HI抗体水平,分析H3N2流感病毒流行情况。方法选取2007~2010年哨点医院的H3N2流感病毒进行基因序列比对;选择2008年9月~2009年5月健康体检人群及流感监测哨点医院就诊病例血清140份,2010年9月~2011年1月血清98份进行人群中HI抗体分析。结果对无锡地区分离的42株H3N2流感病毒的HA基因进行分析,核苷酸序列同源性为98.1%~99.6%,病毒之间的核苷酸序列同源性差异较小。2008年9月~2009年5月人群中H3N2H1抗体阳性率为86.40%、保护率为84.30%、GMT为1:58.56,2010年9月~2011年1月人群中为100.00%、100.00%、1:78.88,两者之间HI抗体阳性率、保护率和GMT差异有统计学意义(P均=0.000)。结论根据对无锡地区2007~2011年H3N2亚型流感病毒监测、基因进化分析和人群中抗体保护检测情况分析,推测近期H3N2流感病毒不会有较大流行。
Objective To understand the variation of hemagglutinin gene of H3N2 influenza virus in Wuxi and the level of HI antibody in the population, and analyze the prevalence of H3N2 influenza virus. Methods The sequence of H3N2 influenza virus in sentinel hospital from 2007 to 2010 was selected for gene sequence alignment. 140 healthy volunteers and 140 outpatients were selected from September 2008 to May 2009, and serum samples were collected from September 2010 to 2011 In January, 98 serum samples were subjected to HI antibody analysis. Results The HA genes of 42 strains of H3N2 influenza virus isolated in Wuxi area were analyzed. The nucleotide sequence homology was 98.1% ~ 99.6%. There was no significant difference in nucleotide sequence homology between viruses. From September 2008 to May 2009, the positive rate of H3N2H1 antibody in the population was 86.40%, the protective rate was 84.30%, the GMT was 1: 58.56, 100.00% and 100.00% of the population from September 2010 to January 2011 : 78.88, the positive rate of HI antibody between the two, the protection rate and GMT difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000). Conclusions Based on the surveillance of H3N2 subtype influenza viruses in 2007-2011 in Wuxi, the analysis of gene evolution and antibody protection in the population, it is speculated that the recent H3N2 influenza virus will not have a large epidemic.
