近年来已发现心脏和某些血管有性激素受体,心肌细胞生化特性有性别差异。本文报告31名健康女性在月经周期中,性激素水平的变化对心脏功能影响的实验结果。对象和方法选取31名年龄17~23岁身体健康、月经周期规则的青年女大学生,从月经第一天开始,按以下规定日期检查心脏功能:月经周期天数的标号以月经开始的第一天定为-14,然后是-13、-12……-1、0、+1、+2……直至+14。其中-14~-1天为滤泡期,0天为排卵期,+1~+14天为黄体期。我们选择排卵期及其前后1天检查心脏功能一次,其他时间为每隔1~3天检查1次,即
