该磨床的导轮传动系统比较复杂 ,使振动加剧 ,影响工件的磨削质量。当工件加工范围确定之后 ,导轮的工作转速基本不变 ,因此 ,在改进传动系统时 ,取消了该磨床导轮传动中原有的链传动和齿轮传动 ,改换成带传动 ,导轮传动方式亦有改变。附图 2幅。
