2004年,我校参与了杨浦区组织的国家级课题“地区初中教育均衡发展”的研究与实践,以“现代学校制度建设与教学管理”为切入口,进行现代学校制度建设与管理的尝试,旨在让学校回归社会,办学、管理回归学校,教育、教学回归教师,学习、养成回归学生,促进学生充分和谐发展,促进教职员工的专业发展,促进学校的自主、内涵、均衡、创新发展,促进社区的可持续发展。
