研究了3Cr2W8V钢的低温盐浴渗铬工艺,分析了渗铬层的金相组织、结构和力学性能,并进行渗铬层的耐磨实验。结果表明,3Cr2W8V钢在经过低温盐浴渗铬复合处理后可以获得良好的渗铬层及优异的耐磨性。

In this paper, the chromium penetration process of 3Cr2W8V steel was studied. The microstructure, structure and mechanical properties of the chromized layer were analyzed. The wear resistance of the chromized layer was also studied. The results show that 3Cr2W8V steel can get good chromizing layer and excellent wear resistance after chromate treatment by low temperature salt bath.
