张福泽,满族。1936年出生。辽宁岫岩人。1962年北京航空航天大学毕业,分配到空军某部研究所工作。1995年当选为中国工程院机械与运载工程学部院士。从事飞机结构寿命与可靠性研究。他建立了飞机(机械)裂纹形成寿命及裂纹扩展寿命两个类比计算的数学模型,为系列飞机(机械)定寿奠定了理论基础:建立了裂纹形成寿命分散系数、裂纹扩展寿命分散系数,成为我国飞机设计与定寿的依据:对比研究了“飞-续-飞”载荷谱和程序块载荷谱的疲劳分散性规律,推导出反映寿命分散性规律的安全标准差计算公式。为确定飞机寿命的可靠性提供了理论依据。他领导的两种机群延寿工程项目组,探索出一整套飞
