结合天生桥一级水电站放空隧洞水泥灌浆工程的实践,从现场监理的角度讨论了“水工隧洞灌浆”的若干问题,对现行施工技术规范SL62—94的相关条款提出了修订意见,包括:建议将固结灌浆结束标准由“注入率Q不大于0.4L/min”改为“透浆率q(q=QPL)不大于某值”;建议将回填灌浆检查孔的数量规定由“灌浆孔数的5%”改为“与回填面积成比例,每100~150m2布一检查孔”。此外,还分析了固结灌浆孔分布密度的适当设计问题,介绍了施工单位提出的两项加快进度的技术措施,可供类似工程借鉴。
