热疗中热场 (比吸收率和温度 )分布形态是检验其装置优劣和能否获得较好疗效的主要依据 .借助于计算机图形学 ,用模拟计算方法来预测热区的 SAR和温度分布 ,以研究并优选加热场形态 ,对指导热疗装置的研制和临床热疗方案的选择有重要的实际意义 .本文仅以腔道肿瘤热疗和射频容性热疗为例 ,介绍计算机图形学在肿瘤热疗的热场分布研究中的应用
The distribution pattern of thermal field (specific absorption rate and temperature) in hyperthermia is the main basis for testing the advantages and disadvantages of the device and whether it can obtain better curative effect. With the aid of computer graphics, the SAR and temperature distribution in hotspots are predicted by simulation methods. To study and optimize the shape of the heating field, it is of great practical significance to guide the development of the hyperthermia device and the choice of clinical hyperthermia. This article only uses the cavity tumor hyperthermia and RF capacitive hyperthermia as examples to introduce computer graphics. Application in Study of Thermal Field Distribution in Hyperthermia
