目的 :总结外伤后脑梗死的诊断治疗经验。方法 :对 2 0例患者的受伤原因、临床表现、辅助检查、诊断、治疗结果及预后进行分析。结果 :诊断外伤后脑梗死根据病史、症状和体征 ,由 CT检查确诊。对高龄患者详细询问既往史并测量 CT值 ,特别强调要及时复查 CT。治疗上强调根据病人个体化的原则选择不同的方案进行综合治疗。溶栓治疗要掌握好时间窗 ,动态监测 ,防止出血。结论 :外伤后脑梗死只要诊断及时、治疗合理 ,一般都能取得较好的疗效
Objective: To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction. Methods: The causes, clinical manifestations, auxiliary examinations, diagnosis, treatment outcome and prognosis of 20 patients were analyzed. Results: The diagnosis of traumatic cerebral infarction according to history, symptoms and signs, confirmed by CT examination. For more advanced age asked in detail about the past history and measurement of CT values, with particular emphasis on the timely review of CT. Treatment emphasizes the principle of individualized patients choose different programs for comprehensive treatment. Thrombolytic therapy to master the time window, dynamic monitoring, to prevent bleeding. Conclusion: Traumatic cerebral infarction as long as the diagnosis in a timely manner, the treatment is reasonable, generally can achieve better efficacy
