目前,中等职业院校学生的心理健康教育引起教育界的普遍重视。针对中职学生心理健康问题的现状和原因,阐述了中职学生心理健康状况的现状。从体育教学方法入手,以体育游戏教学法为自变量,以张掖某中职院校心理健康水平为因变量进行教学实验研究。其目的是探讨体育游戏教学法与中职院校学生心理健康两者之间的内在关系,为中职院校学生心理健康教育及全面素质教育提供理论依据,并对体育课中应该注意的问题加以说明。然后剖析造成中职学生心理健康问题的原因,最后针对存在的问题,提出相应的对策。
At present, the mental health education of students in secondary vocational schools has drawn universal attention from the educational circles. According to the current situation and reason of secondary school students ’mental health problems, the status quo of secondary school students’ mental health status is expounded. Starting from the teaching methods of physical education, taking the teaching method of sports games as the independent variable and the psychological health level of a secondary vocational school in Zhangye as the dependent variable, the experimental teaching research is carried out. The purpose is to explore the inherent relationship between sports game teaching method and psychological health of students in secondary vocational schools, to provide theoretical basis for mental health education and comprehensive quality education of students in secondary vocational schools, and to pay attention to the problems in physical education class Explain. Then analyze the cause of the psychological problems of secondary vocational students, and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems.
