本文对园柱形大锻件扩氢计算的基本公式、计算参数及计算方法作了介绍。利用这一方法可以根据锻件的实际情况确定其必需的扩氢退火时间。计算结果与生产实际符合较好。
In this paper, the basic formula, calculation parameters and calculation method of hydrogen-extended cylindrical large forgings are introduced. Use this method can be based on the actual situation of forgings to determine the necessary expansion annealing time. The calculation results are in good agreement with the actual production.
