目的 :了解补剂和清剂对运动大鼠肾上腺c-fos蛋白表达的影响。方法 :SD大鼠饲养、中药灌胃及运动训练 30天 ,第 31天进行规定时间游泳运动 ,取出半数大鼠予即刻处死、取出肾上腺及制片 (免疫组化法 ) ,剩余半数大鼠于休息 2 4小时后再予同法处死、取材及制片。结果 :游泳运动后即刻处死的三组大鼠间肾上腺c -fos蛋白表达量无明显差异 ,而游泳运动休息 2 4小时后清剂组较对照组的肾上腺c -fos蛋白的表达量明显降低。结论 :在对抗体力性疲劳的效应中 ,清剂有较好的对抗肾上腺伤害性刺激因素的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of tonic and serum agents on c-fos protein expression in the adrenal of exercise-induced rats. Methods: SD rats were fed, gavage and exercise training for 30 days. The animals were allowed to swim for the prescribed time on the 31st day. Half of the rats were sacrificed immediately and the adrenal glands were removed and prepared (immunohistochemistry). The remaining half of the rats Rest 2 4 hours before the same death, drawing and filming. Results: There was no significant difference in the expression of c-fos protein in the adrenal glands between the three groups immediately after swimming. However, the expression of c-fos protein in the adrenal gland of the Qingliu group was significantly decreased after swimming for 24 hours. Conclusion: In the effect of combating physical fatigue, the agent has a good effect on adrenal noxious stimulus.
