慢性胃炎(CG)是一种常见病、多发病,据估计约占接受胃镜检查病人的80～90％,当前临床既缺乏特殊治疗,疗效也不满意,患者长期为较多的症状所烦恼。新型胃动力药吗啉丁(以下简称吗)是一种外周多巴胺受体的阻滞剂,国外临床上用于治疗胃十二指肠运动性疾病,对CG也获将满意的疗效。现将我们于1988年4月～7月使用吗治疗CG的初步结果报告如下。材料与方法
