学前教育是教育启蒙的重要阶段,为儿童的终身发展奠定了坚实的基础。我国学前教育事业工作者主要以女性为主,男性幼儿教师的数量极少,性别比例不均衡也是制约学前教育发展的一个重要因素。国外的有关研究显示,男教师加入幼教行业有利于儿童的全面发展,有助于幼教质量的提高,因此,如何有效培养学前教育专业的男性学生成为了各师范高校面临的重要课题。本文指出了男幼师培养的必要性,分析了目前高师学前专业男生培养存在的问题,最后针对如何创新学前教育专业男幼师培养模式提出了几点建议和措施。
Preschool education is an important stage of education and enlightenment, laying a solid foundation for children’s lifelong development. The majority of preschool education workers in our country are dominated by women, and the number of male preschool teachers is very small. The imbalanced sex ratio is also an important factor restricting the development of preschool education. Relevant foreign studies show that the male teachers join the early childhood education industry is conducive to the all-round development of children, help improve the quality of early childhood education, therefore, how to effectively develop male students in pre-primary education has become an important issue facing normal colleges and universities. This paper points out the necessity of training male kindergarten teachers, analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of male kindergarten teachers in higher normal colleges, and puts forward some suggestions and measures for how to innovate the training mode of kindergarten teachers.
