近年来,随着公安机关刑事技术工作总体水平的提高,刑事技术在侦查破案中发挥的作用日益明显。现场勘查是刑事技术工作的重要组成部分,现场勘查质量和水平的高低,直接决定了大部分刑事技术工作的成效。现场勘查技术人员能否利用现场遗留的痕迹物证信息,分析事件的性质,对案件的定性和侦破都具有决定性的意义。尤其是近年来,越来越多的公司企业家自导自演出“自盗”案件骗取保险赔偿,产生了及其恶劣的社会影响。保险企业对公安机关尤其是现场勘查技术人员能否判断出他盗和自盗的结论给予了极大的期望。
In recent years, with the overall improvement of criminal technology in the public security organs, the role of criminal technology in investigating and solving cases has become increasingly evident. Site investigation is an important part of criminal technology work. The quality and level of on-site exploration directly determine the effectiveness of most criminal technology work. Whether the scene investigating technicians can use the evidence of evidence left on site to analyze the nature of the incident is of decisive significance for the qualitative and detection of the case.
