摩擦螺柱焊是摩擦焊技术的一种。国外试验研究表明,该技术在水下环境可以获得较好的连接质量,因而在水下牺牲阳极等非重要钢结构物的连接方面具有巨大的应用潜力。本文在对空气中和水下两种环境下焊接试验对比的基础上,对摩擦螺柱焊水下焊接工艺进行了初步研究。结果表明,在水下焊接时其热影响区小,采用高转速匹配高进给速度的焊接工艺,不仅更易获得优质的焊接接头,还可以提高焊接效率。
Friction stud welding is a friction welding technology. Experimental studies abroad show that the technology can achieve better connection quality under the underwater environment, and thus has great potential in underwater connection of sacrificial anode and other non-critical steel structures. In this paper, under the air and underwater two kinds of welding environment based on the comparison of friction stud welding underwater welding process was studied. The results show that the heat-affected zone is small when underwater welding, and the welding process with high speed and high feed speed not only makes it easier to obtain good quality welded joints, but also improves the welding efficiency.
