市场经济的发展促使市场竞争日趋激烈。商标与包装装演作为产品品质的重要组成部分和企业的无形资产,已成为商品参与竞争的必要手段之一。作为设计人员应灵活运用注册商标与包装装演的关系,使其有机结合、合理、合法、有效地维护自己的包装装潢专用权。针对当前伪造、效仿包装装演形式的特点,设计者需通过市场调研结合产品特点为其包装设计定位,根据注册商标受法律保护的范围,参照商标自身特点,选择有效的防伪保护设计,为新产品参与竞争提供有利条件。
