1 临床资料 伍X X,女,64岁,1997-05(19)入院。 主诉:右前额部疼痛13天,伴恶心、呕吐4次。 现病史:患者于5月6日20:00无任何诱因出现右前额疼痛伴恶心、呕吐。在外院查胸片示“肺部感染”。头颅及鼻咽部CT扫描示“左侧内囊后肢及放射冠处多发腔隙性脑梗塞”、“右侧上颌窦、右筛窦中组内有积液征”。诊断为1.肺炎。2.慢性鼻窦炎。3.腔隙性脑梗塞。4.高血压病Ⅱ期。经治疗肺部炎症吸收,但头痛无缓解。来我院进一步诊治,
