中强度可焊Al-Zn-Mg合金主要用于广泛采用角焊接头的结构。因此,根部的未焊透缺陷是可能存在的,而且其在疲劳性能方面的重要性是极需知道的。本文报道了为研究承受横向载荷的角焊接头根部未焊透对其疲劳性能影响而实施的研究大纲中的某些结果。为了制成角焊接头用了两种焊丝:Al~5%Mg(B.S 2901.NG61,相当于AA5183)和Al—5%Si(B.S2901.NG21,相当于AA4043)。
Medium-strength solderable Al-Zn-Mg alloy is mainly used for the structure of widely used fillet welded joints. Therefore, root imperfections are possible, and its importance in terms of fatigue properties is extremely important. This paper reports some of the results of a research program carried out to study the effect of unwelded penetration of fillet welded joints under lateral load on their fatigue properties. Two types of welding wire were used to make the fillet weld: Al ~ 5% Mg (B.S 2901.NG61, equivalent to AA5183) and Al-5% Si (B.S2901.NG21, equivalent to AA4043).
