目的测定不同部位不同生长期益智中微量元素Mg、Zn、Mn、Ca和Fe的含量,确定益智最佳采收期。方法采用原子吸收光谱法测定各元素的含量。结果讨论了不同部位不同生长期益智中Mg、Zn、Mn、Ca和Fe的含量变化并进行分析比较,益智不同部位中各微量元素的含量为果实>根茎>茎叶;益智中各微量元素含量在整个生长周期内波动,在结果第45天左右达到峰值。结论益智中Mg、Zn、Mn、Ca和Fe含量丰富,益智果实最佳采收期为结果第45天。
Objective To determine the contents of trace elements Mg, Zn, Mn, Ca and Fe in different growing parts of the puzzle, and to determine the optimum harvest period of the puzzle. Methods The content of each element was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The contents of Mg, Zn, Mn, Ca and Fe in different growth stages were discussed and analyzed. The contents of trace elements in different parts of the puzzle were fruit> rhizome> stem and leaf, Trace element content fluctuated throughout the growth cycle, reaching a peak around day 45 of the results. Conclusion The contents of Mg, Zn, Mn, Ca and Fe are abundant in the puzzle, and the best recovery period of the puzzle fruit is the 45th day.
