1病历摘要患者,女,41岁。因右侧进行性鼻堵伴反复出血半年,右眼溢泪2个月门诊取活检后以“鼻中隔软骨肉瘤”收入院。入院时生命体征平稳,右侧鼻背略肿胀,鼻中隔左侧中部可见局限性隆起,表面黏膜光滑,色泽正常,触之稍软,无出血。鼻窦CT:示以鼻中隔为中心的软组织占位影,其内可见
