针对制约我国职业教育的集团化办学效应的实然问题.采用国际比较的方法.从创新政府主导下的体制机制、建设校企合作载体、建构产学结合共同育人的价值观等方面寻求解决问题的途径与方法。通过对地方高职院校的案例研究实践.确立了职教集团组织架构,创建中介评估咨询机制.建立校企按学分核算经费的机制.开展技术与社会服务工作;形成了以体制机制创新为先导.以职教集团建设为重点.校企协作推进人才培养模式改革和经济技术服务的新模式。
In order to solve the problem of collectivization school running effect of vocational education in our country, this paper adopts the method of international comparison and seeks to solve the problems from the institutional mechanisms under the guidance of innovation-oriented government, building the carrier of school-enterprise cooperation and constructing the values of combining education with education Ways and methods. Through the case study practice of local higher vocational colleges, we established the organizational structure of vocational education group, set up an intermediary evaluation and consultation mechanism, set up the mechanism of school-enterprise credit according to credits, carried out technical and social services, and formed a system with institutional innovation as Pilot to the construction of vocational education as the focus of school-enterprise cooperation in promoting the reform of personnel training and economic and technical services of the new model.
