近年来,龙岩市新罗区档案馆针对民生档案利用率日趋提高,馆藏民生档案数量大、分布范围广、涉及全宗多和查档利用十分不便的特点,坚持“以民为本,优化服务”原则,在推进档案数字化建设的同时,优先录入学籍、知青、婚姻、土地、房产、死亡干部等民生档案目录,建立民生档案专题数据库。目前,共著录民生档案目录近26万条,馆藏民生档案全部实现电子目录检索,大大优化了档案服务环
