目的 探寻我院15年来住院患儿死亡的规律性特点:病死率疾病顺位等,以提高我院医疗保健及诊治工作,降低住院患儿病死率。方法 首页主要诊断按ICD-10国际疾病分类及[实用儿科学]第六版为诊断标准。结果 统计分析显示各年度病死率最高为3.60％(1987年),最低为0.56％(1999年),P<0.001,表明我院患儿年度病死率呈显著下降趋势。
Objective To explore the regularity of death of hospitalized children in our hospital over the past 15 years: the fatality rate and so on, in order to improve the medical care and diagnosis and treatment of our hospital and reduce the mortality rate of hospitalized children. Methods The main home page diagnosis by ICD-10 International Classification of Diseases and [Practical Pediatrics] Sixth Edition as diagnostic criteria. Results The statistical analysis showed that the annual mortality rate was as high as 3.60% (1987), the lowest was 56.6% (1999), P <0.001, indicating that the annual mortality rate of children in our hospital showed a significant downward trend.
