欧洲主权债务危机,从本质上讲,是资本主义生产方式的基本矛盾——生产的社会化和生产资料的私人占有之间的矛盾在金融资本主义阶段的深层发酵。主权债务危机的发生和演进不仅给全球经济复苏带来严峻挑战,也提醒各主权国家应对政府债务问题时给予足够的重视和警惕。
The sovereign debt crisis in Europe is, in essence, the basic contradiction of the capitalist mode of production - the deep fermentation of the contradictions between the socialization of production and the private ownership of the means of production at the stage of financial capitalism. The occurrence and evolution of the sovereign debt crisis not only posed a severe challenge to the global economic recovery, but also reminded all sovereign countries to give sufficient attention and vigilance when dealing with government debt.
