本研究目的是探讨颅面结构比例的变化规律，查明4岁儿童和成人之间不同年龄的颅面部的生长趋势，生长量极。本研究样本包括104名男性和105名女性的汉族正常人。采用X线头影测量一电子计算机系统进行测量分析，测定颅面部测位投影面积的正常值和变异范围。结果表明：颅面面积存在性别差异，男大于女，出生后颌面部的生长发育快于颅部，且以后颌面区明显。随着年龄的增长，颅面面积比例降低。
The purpose of this study is to explore the change of the proportion of craniofacial structure, to identify the growth trend of craniofacial age at different ages between 4-year-old children and adults, the growth of pole. The study sample consisted of 104 Han and 105 normal female Han Chinese. X-cephalometry using an electronic computer system for measurement and analysis, measurement of craniofacial locus projection area of the normal range and variation. The results showed that there was a gender difference in craniofacial area, which was more than that in male. The growth and development of the posterior maxillofacial region were faster than those in the cranial area, and the maxillofacial region was obvious thereafter. With age, the proportion of craniofacial area decreased.
