我站是一个站、司合一的批零兼营企业,共有独立核算单位十八个,其中五金、交电、家电、化工等四个专业科,一个家电维修商店,以及一个车队,全站共有职工567人,财会人员共42人(其中3人在我站集体企业)。根据国务院和自治区人民政府关于第二步利改税的有关规定,我站从1985年元月起,对十三个零售商店划为小型企业,全部放开经营,实行“国家所有、集体经营、照章纳税、自负盈亏”形式,四个批发专业科建立了经营承包责任制,并签定了承包合同。经过一年来的实践,我站的这一改革是成
