在《中国培训》杂志成立二十周年之际。作为《中国培训》杂志的主办单位,我代表中国职工教育和职业培训协会秘书处,向《中国培训》二十周年庆典表示热烈的祝贺。《中国培训》的二十年,是在曲折中前进的二十年,是不平凡的二十年。二十年来,《中国培训》杂志作为非常重要的载体和媒介,见证了我们国家高技能人才和职业培训工作的发展和变化,回顾总结这二十年,可以说,我国高技能人才培养和职业培训领域发生了翻天覆地的变化。1992年杂志创办之初,我们还不能想象我们国家刚刚开始启动改革开放的路程,二十年过去,我国已经有了《劳动法》、《职业教育法》、《中外合作办学条例》、《就业促进法》
