应用分形几何理论确定了钢-铝固液相复合板钢板打毛表面、剪切撕裂表面的分形维数及其与复合板界面剪切强度之间的关系.当钢板打毛表面的分形维数为2.36时,剪切撕裂表面的最大分形维数为2.33,相应的最大界面剪切强度为65.3MPa.采用钢丝直径为1.4mm的钢丝轮进行打毛处理是最佳打毛方式.
Fractal geometry theory was used to determine the fractal dimension of the roughed surface, shearing tear surface and the relationship between the shearing strength and the surface of the steel-aluminum solid-liquid composite plate. When the fractal dimension of the roughed surface is 2.36, the maximum fractal dimension of the shear tearing surface is 2.33 and the corresponding maximum interfacial shear strength is 65.3 MPa. The use of wire diameter of 1.4mm steel wheel for hair removal is the best way to fight hair.
