为了提高低温电阻箱温度控制的精度和可靠性,在此介绍一种使用复合控制算法的控制器。控制器由单片机及相关设备构成。系统通过传感器采集当前的温度值,根据不同的温度设定状况,选取不同的控制算法。控制器的输出通过三端双向交流开关控制电阻丝的加热时间,从而实现了温度的精确控制。电阻箱的各个参数通过自整定获得,并在程序运行期间通过自学习校正参数。
In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of low temperature resistance box temperature control, here is a controller that uses a composite control algorithm. The system collects the current temperature value through the sensor, sets up the condition according to the different temperature, chooses the different control algorithm. The output of the controller controls the heating time of the resistance wire through the three-terminal bi-directional AC switch, so as to achieve accurate temperature control. The individual parameters of the resistor box are obtained by self-tuning and the parameters are corrected by self-learning during the program run.
