The 2008 Top 10 Major Reform Exploration Awards jointly announced by the editorial department of “China Reform”, “Editorial Department of Reform Internal Reference”, Editorial Department of “China Reform Yearbook” and China Reform Website (www.chinareform.net) 10 major reforms in 2008 explore the following:
