乌拉特中旗为全国建立水利执法体系第二批试点单位。水利部,水利部松辽委、自治区水利局与有关单位组成水利执法体系试点验收小组,于1991年4月8—9日对乌拉特中旗进行全面验收。通过听取执法体系领导小组汇报,审阅地方性行政措施,与部分水政监察人员和乡镇领导座谈,以及到现场查看,经过验收工作组讨论,认为乌拉特中旗试点工作园满完成任务,同意通过验收。具体验收意见是:
Wulatezhongqi nationwide water law enforcement system for the establishment of the second batch of pilot units. The Ministry of Water Resources and Water Resources, Songliao Committee and the Water Resources Bureau of the Autonomous Region and the relevant units formed a pilot acceptance team for the water law enforcement system. The Wulatezhong Banner was fully checked and accepted on April 8-9, 1991. By listening to the leading group of law enforcement system for reporting and reviewing the local administrative measures, discussing with some water conservancy inspectors and township leaders, and going to the scene for inspection, after discussion by the acceptance working group, they considered that the pilot project in Wulatezhong Banner successfully completed its task and agreed to approve acceptance.
