草鱼作为四大家鱼之一,因其肉质鲜嫩、细腻、出肉率高等优点,愈来愈受到人们的喜爱。特别是在近几年鲤价格持续低迷的情况下,对于调整网箱养殖结构具有十分重要的意义。同时,由于网箱养殖草鱼投资小、见效快、回报率高,适宜库区村民小规模饲养。我们自2001年在泰安市岱岳区彩山水库进行了养殖试验,通过3年来的探索实践,在饲养技术方面积累了一定的经验,现将网箱养殖草鱼技术要点总结如下:
Grass carp as one of the four major domestic fish, because of its fresh meat, delicate, out of the advantages of higher meat, more and more people’s favorite. Especially in recent years, the price of carps continued to slump, the regulation of cage culture structure is of great significance. At the same time, due to small investment in grass carp cage farming, quick, high rate of return, suitable for small-scale rearing of villagers in the reservoir area. Since 2001, we have carried out aquaculture experiments in Caishan Reservoir, Daiyue District, Tai’an City. After three years of exploration and practice, we have accumulated some experience in breeding techniques. The main technical points of cage grass carp breeding are summarized as follows:
