1998年以来我院急救中心对急性心肌梗死病人开展院前早期静脉溶栓,取得了良好效果,现将45例急性心肌梗死溶栓病例总结如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料本组男34例,女11例,年龄33～81岁,33～75岁43例,75岁以上2例。既往有冠心病病史者12例,有高血压病病史者9例,有糖尿病病史者2例。梗死部位:前壁、前间壁19例,广泛前壁5例,下壁16例,下壁并正后壁2例,下壁并高侧壁3例。
Since 1998, our hospital emergency center for patients with acute myocardial infarction in prehospital venous thrombolysis, and achieved good results, now 45 cases of acute myocardial infarction thrombolytic cases are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information The group of 34 males and 11 females, aged 33 to 81 years old, 33 to 75 years old in 43 cases, 75 cases of 2 cases. Previous history of coronary heart disease in 12 cases, 9 cases of history of hypertension, 2 cases of history of diabetes. The infarct site: 19 cases of anterior and anterior wall, 5 cases of extensive anterior wall, 16 cases of inferior wall, 2 cases of inferior wall and posterior wall, 3 cases of inferior wall and high side wall.
