设计了动态测量板坯温度场和变形过程的试验装置 ,通过采用不同冷却边界条件的水套 ,研究了边界条件对板坯温度场和变形的影响 ,探索了板坯的变形行为与温度场的关系及其控制方法。试验表明 :板坯的凝固进程直接影响其成形及冷却后的外形轮廓 ,四周均匀的凝固进程有利于得到平直板坯
