我厂摇臂钻床上的杠杆,材质为灰口铸铁,在使用过程中如图1所示位置发生断裂,(?)图1因该部件加工较难,我们决定进行补焊修复。由于采用了正确的焊接工艺,使补焊一次成功,焊缝经着色探伤无裂纹,现将补焊修复工艺简介如下:该件为灰口铸铁,补焊部位的厚度为30mm,补焊长度为150mm,考虑到该部位为受力部位,为了补焊后可靠的使用,决定用砂轮打磨出 V 形坡口,采用对接方法进行补焊修
