目的:分析复方五倍子糊剂治疗智齿冠周炎应用效果初步评估。方法:将2012年2月至2015年3月期间收治于该院的智齿冠周炎患者88例为研究对象,采用电脑分组法将其均分成观察组44例以及对照组44例。其中观察组患者采用复方五倍子糊剂治疗;对照组患者采用碘酚局部治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:在经过不同的治疗后,观察组患者治疗有效率为95.5%(42/44);对照组患者治疗有效率为81.8%(36/44),两组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:在对智齿冠周炎患者进行治疗时,选择采用复方五倍子糊剂治疗,具有操作简单同时治疗效果好等诸多优势,同时效果优于碘酚,因此临床中可推广使用。
Objective: To analyze the application of compound gallnut paste in the treatment of pericoronitis. Methods: From February 2012 to March 2015, 88 patients with pericoronitis were admitted to the hospital from February 2012 to March 2015, and divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases) by computer. The observation group of patients treated with compound gallnut paste; control group of patients with local treatment of iodophor, the two groups of patients treated with comparative analysis. Results: After different treatments, the effective rate was 95.5% (42/44) in the observation group and 81.8% (36/44) in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) ,has statistical significane. Conclusion: The treatment of patients with Wisdom pericoronitis, the choice of compound gallnut paste treatment, with simple operation and good therapeutic effect and many other advantages, while the effect is better than iodophenol, it can be widely used in clinical practice.
