2002年以来,独立学院一直在快速发展,独立学院学生的数量显著增长,独立学院学生党建工作出现了许多的新情况、新问题。本文提出将ISO9001质量管理体系引入独立院校学生党建工作的观点,探讨在独立院校学生党建工作中引入ISO9001质量管理标准体系的可行性,研究如何确立独立院校党建ISO9001质量管理体系,并细化学生党建工作规范性文件,强化学生党建工作质量意识,从而建立有序、高效的学生党建工作机制的方法。
Independent colleges have been developing rapidly since 2002, the number of independent college students has increased significantly, and many new situations and problems have emerged in the party building among independent colleges. This paper puts forward the idea of introducing ISO9001 quality management system into the party construction of students in independent colleges and universities and discusses the feasibility of introducing ISO9001 quality management standard system in the process of party building in independent colleges and universities and studies how to establish the ISO9001 quality management system in the independent colleges and universities. Students of the party building normative documents, strengthen the quality of party building awareness of students, so as to establish an orderly and efficient way of building the party’s work mechanism.
