冰糖(Crystal sugar)为大粒单晶粒,由白砂糖提净后结晶而成的乳白色结晶体,再将其煎炼而成的冰块状结晶,单独使用并无明显药理活性。有研究报道,冰糖对四环素的体内药动学参数有明显影响,能明显提高四环素的体内药动学参数值。本文实验考察了冰糖和葡萄糖对扑热息痛体内血药浓度随时间变化的关系。结果显示,合并使用冰糖使家兔体内血清扑热息痛的Cmax比单独口服扑热息痛降低3.5倍,AUC_(0→5.5)降低了2.6倍,而Ka、K值均降低;葡萄糖使家兔体内血清扑热息痛的Cmax比单独口服扑热息痛降低2.03倍,AUC_(0→5.5)降低了1.6倍,而Ka、K值均降低,显示冰糖、葡萄糖可延缓扑热息痛在体内的吸收及排泄。
