全国经济断面钢材协调组第一次会议于1986年2月27日至3月2日在大连市召开。全国各主要经济断面钢材生产厂、有关研究单位和大专院校等18个单位的28名代表参加了会议,会上传达了最近上级领导同志关于大力发展高效钢材的讲话精神。
The first meeting of the national economic section steel coordination group was held in Dalian from February 27 to March 2, 1986. Twenty-eight representatives from 18 units including research institutes, universities and tertiary institutions attended the conference and delivered speeches delivered by the leaders at the higher level recently about how to develop highly efficient steel products.
