目的 成立危重新生儿抢救网络。方法 1993 年7 月起我院 N I C U 与附近32 家医院建立了有关的业务联系,并配置整套抢救设备前往各基层医院,负责接收和转运危重的新生儿。结果 几年来共接运病儿945 人次,占同期总住院病人的6351 % 。接运病人中占头三位的病种分别为新生儿窒息、呼吸系统疾病和早产儿( 共占8571 % ) 。参加转运网络32 家医院分布在方圆100 公里左右。结论 转运工作成功的关键在于转运途中的技术保证,提高转运的治疗成功率需各方面的通力协作,转运前的各种处理同样也非常重要
Purpose To establish a critical neonatal rescue network. Methods Since July 1993, NICU in our hospital has established relevant business contacts with 32 hospitals in the vicinity and has deployed a complete set of rescue equipment to all primary hospitals to receive and transfer critical newborn infants. The results of the past few years received a total of 945 sick children, accounting for 6351% of the total inpatients over the same period. Among the top three recipients, neonatal asphyxia, respiratory diseases and premature babies (85.71%) were the most common diseases. Participate in the transport network 32 hospitals located in a radius of about 100 kilometers. Conclusions The key to the success of transshipment lies in the technical assurance of transit. To improve the success rate of transshipment should be fully coordinated in all aspects. It is also important that various treatments before transshipment
