以液相色谱法，采用 ＯＤＳ－Ｃ１８柱、甲醇＋水为流动相、紫外检测器、外标法对双氧威原药进行了高效液相色谱分析研究。双氧威含量测定的回收率在９９．１％－１０１％之间，标准偏差０．４９％，变异系数０．５％。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on liquid chromatography with ODS-C18 column, methanol + water as mobile phase, UV detector and external standard method. The recovery of dioxygen was between 99.1% and 101% with a standard deviation of 0.49% and a coefficient of variation of 0.5%.
