一般民办高校的计算机类毕业生综合素质普遍不高、实际操作能力差,直接导致了计算机专业就业率的下降。如何响应市场需求、不断向社会输送应用型人才、提升专业就业率已经成为了民办高校必须首要解决的问题。本文基于社会对应用型IT人才的基本需求,从民办高校本科计算机专业的人才培养过程中存在的问题着手,对其人才培养模式的优化方式进行了探究。
General private colleges and universities computer graduates generally low overall quality, poor ability to operate, a direct result of the decline in the employment rate of computer professionals. How to respond to the market demand, continue to transport the application of talents to society, improve professional employment rate has become the private colleges and universities must first solve the problem. Based on the basic needs of IT talents in the society, this paper starts with the problems existing in the training of undergraduates majoring in computer science in private universities, and probes into the optimization methods of talent cultivation mode.
