地处吕梁山区的汾西矿务局水峪煤矿,是煤炭部命名的高产高效矿井,矿井生产规模为年产量300万吨,是汾西矿务局的骨干矿井。近年来,这个矿注重特色管理,他们以“艰苦奋斗,争创一流”的企业精神,抓人本管理、成本管理和质量标准化工作,促经济效益和安全生产向着健康的方向发展;以潜移默化的企业文化熏陶,引导职工家属争做文明人,大办文明事,全矿在物质文明和精神文明建设上获得双丰收。
Located in the Luliang Mountains, the Luzi Mine of the Wanxi Mining Bureau is a high-yield, high-efficiency mine named by the Ministry of Coal. The mine has a production scale of 3 million tons per year and is the backbone mine of the Wanxi Mining Bureau. In recent years, this mine has paid special attention to characteristic management.
